And best of all, you can learn about the fascinating History of Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain including two Civil War sites.

Lookout Mtn. Excursions specializes in Family, Adult, and Group Hiking Adventures along the National Park Trails on Lookout Mountain.

For visitors who want to do something in addition to visiting the Tennessee Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls or the Chattanooga Choo Choo.

 

Its also intended for school, church, and other youth groups who want to learn and experience the history of Chattanooga TN and Lookout Mountain and while having a great time.

Lookout Mtn. Excursions
1 to 3 Hour
Guided Hiking Adventures are Fun, Educational and Reasonably Priced

 
The hiking trails on the northern end of Lookout Mountain are located in The Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park. Additional trails are located in Reflection Riding at the western base of the mountain.
 
These trails run along old Indian paths and through Civil War battlefields. They also incorporate old roads and railroad beds and they take you to majestic vistas.

 

Walking Tours in Downtown Chattanooga

Operations are currently suspended so no Walking Tours are currently being scheduled 

Join us for the The Chattanooga RiverWalk Tour. A scenic 2 mile (1.5 hr) easy walk along (and across) the Tennessee River. You'll see different varieties of wildlife, pass through wetlands, walk through the Chattanooga art district, and across the restored Walnut Street Bridge.

 

You'll pass museums and nice outdoor restaurants and cafes. You can eat prior to the Tour, or stop along the way for dinner or lunch. And you'll learn the fascinating history of Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain.

 

You can also include the new Coolidge Park Carousel and/or rock climbing at the Walnut Street Rock Climbing Wall
